The Culture for Children Foundation takes care to the respect your personal data by collecting only that which is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The Culture for Children Foundation collects and processes the personal data of donors, prospective donors and recipients of external communications in the context of the administrative management of donations, donor information, the distribution of external communications and statistical analysis. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of the Culture for Children Foundation in prospecting and collecting donations and/or is based on legal and regulatory obligations.

Depending onTheir respective needs, the authorised persons of the Culture for Children Foundation are recipients of all or part of the data.

The Culture for Children Foundation collects and processes the personal data of the employees of the Culture for Children Foundation, i.e. employees who are bound to it by an employment contract as well as teachers from the French National Education ministry, interns, volunteers, temporary workers, external service providers, collaborating associations, civic service volunteers, employees on a skills sponsorship scheme, members of the Board ; for the purposes of recruitment formalities, administrative management and monitoring of the persons concerned, as well as for internal communications needs or to meet the legal and regulatory obligations of the Culture for Children Foundation.
The legal basis for this processing is the fulfilment of contractual obligations of the Culture for Children Foundation towards the data subjects and/or legal and regulatory obligations or the legitimate interest of the Culture for Children Foundation.

The Culture for Children Foundation collects and processes the personal data of young people and families with a view to their participation in the cultural and artistic programs deployed in the region.
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the public interest mission entrusted to the Culture for Children Foundation and/or legal and regulatory obligations and/or the performance of a contract.


Who is the data collected for?
Depending on their respective needs, the authorised persons of the Culture for Children Foundation are recipients of all or part of the data.
This data may be transmitted to subcontractors in charge of processing this data on behalf of the Culture for Children Foundation.
They may also be transmitted to social services, medical services and town halls in accordance with the regulations in force.
